The Beginning

The YEAHGirl Sisterhood started on November 19, 2017. It was a vision that God gave Lucretia Latson and she shared with her friend Antoinette Clark. They discussed the purpose of the group and the fact that many women desire to be supported but are suffering through the circumstances of life alone. This group is designed to motivate, encourage and spiritually stimulate women from all walks of life to go out and provide the same opportunity to another woman.

Our Mission

Our Sisterhood mission is to enhance the self-esteem and confidence of women through encouragement, motivation, love and support while empowering each woman to achieve success in all aspects of her spiritual, home, professional life, personal life, and community.

Our Purpose

YEAH GIRL Sisterhood is a private, not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to educate women so that each woman is empowered to go back into her community and empower another sister to be successful in her personal, professional, and spiritual life. Through YGS meetings, programs, workshops and conferences, our members will be given the opportunity to develop personally, professionally and spiritually through cooperative learning. Our members will reach back to the next generation of women and reinforce self-worth, providing tools of goal-setting that will nurture, provide freedom, courage, motivation and compassion.
